  We had the worse experience ever at this restaurant! I'm a vegan and I dared to ask if they had any vegan options in their menu. The first employee that took my husband order was rude and lacked knowledge of what customer service should be. She told my husband that I should eat grass! Who says that? I didn't give up and after using the ladies room I approached her again to try to see if they had any vegan options. I asked for the popsicle , she rolled her eyes and slammed the popsicle box in the counter for me to read! At that point couple employees came to my rescue and helped me find a good vegan option. I ended up getting a strawberry banana smoothie thanks to the two younger employees. The older woman was rude the whole time. I told her that next time someone asks for a vegan choice, she would know what to recommend. She didn't even acknowledge me or the comment I made so I know she will treat other vegan costumers like crap. I really hope the owners read and do something about this. During these hard economic times, we are way more selective on where we spend our money. Going to a place that treats you poorly and makes you feel bad for being vegan is not a good thing.
